 Information on the General Data Protection Regulation

The International Conference on Driver Distraction and Inattention (DDI2020) is the premiere international event on this topic, attracting delegates from more than 20 countries. It is designed to bring participants – from academia, industry and government – up-to-date on current and recent developments and trends in the field of inattention and distraction in driving.

When you register for this event, the information collected about you will be processed for :

- To the Laboratoire Ergonomie et Sciences Cognitives forTransports (Le LESCOT) attached to the University Gustave Eiffel located at 25 avenue François Mitterrand, 69500 Bron ddi2020@sciencesconf.org;

Personal data are collected and processed for the following purpose:

-          The follow-up of the logistics of the conference,

-          The management and the follow-up of the registrations,

-          The information of the public in case of program changes (postponement, cancellation, place, time...).

 The legal basis for the processing is:

- The data subject consents to the processing of his/her personal data

Are recipients of all or part of the data:

- The members of the Laboratory of Ergonomics and Cognitive Sciences for Transport organisers of the conference (The LESCOT) ddi2020@sciencesconf.org;

Data retention period

Your data will be kept for the duration of the International Conference and will be deleted after the Conference. We inform you that if you agree to be informed of the next International Conference, only your email address will be kept until the next Conference which will take place in October 2022.

Transfer outside the European Union

Your data will never be transferred outside the European Union.
